Illumaris, Inc. is an Ohio-based defense and dual-use technology company focused on advanced systems architecture, autonomous systems integration, resilient logistics, secure digital workflows and mission-specific integration of commercial technology.
WHY ILLUMARIS EXISTS
The integration problem is usually underestimated.
Organizations routinely possess strong individual technologies that still fail to become an operational capability. Interfaces are undefined. Data rights are unclear. Human authority is implicit. Degraded modes are discovered late. Quality evidence is fragmented. Every new subsystem creates another integration problem.
Illumaris was formed around a different starting point: define the mission workflow first, control the interfaces, use mature technology where practical and build transition evidence as part of the system—not after it.

LEADERSHIP
Concept Architect
Illumaris is led by a Concept Architect. This role is to frame mission problems, shape systems concepts, assemble the integration logic, identify the partners and evidence needed to make the concept credible, and drive programs toward Government and industry engagement.
The company is deliberately structured around architecture and integration rather than claiming to manufacture every component inside an Illumaris program.
